Leading Workforce Resilience Company Offers Solution for Clients to Evaluate the Readiness of their Employees’ to Return to Work

International SOS, the world’s leading medical and security risk services company, today launched WorkReady – a user-friendly system that helps managers identify whether their employees are safe to return to a communal workspace amid the COVID-19 global pandemic. The tool allows organisations to deploy a quick daily questionnaire to all employees and monitor their readiness status in a private dashboard while maintaining medical confidentiality.

“WorkReady, enables companies to easily and efficiently gain an understanding of the COVID-19 status of thousands of employees, on a daily basis. Identifying those who will be low risk to return to a communal workspace controls the potential risk, helps to maintain a healthy work environment and protects the whole of the workforce”, said Dr Myles Druckman, group medical director for International SOS. “WorkReady has the potential to help our communities by flattening the COVID-19 curve and provides employees with peace of mind. It delivers best in class Duty of Care in maintaining a safe workplace.”

Created in partnership with ServiceNow*, WorkReady helps organisations to identify when staff are ready to re-enter the workplace, supporting employees’ personal health and minimising risk to colleagues. The questionnaire takes employees through a set of simple medically led questions that identifies if they are experiencing any symptoms common with COVID-19, have been exposed to someone who is likely to have the virus, are caring for someone who is sick, or are healthy and able to work - either from home or on site. Employees who are ready to return can also be fast-tracked through any point of entry screening.

“Differing industries will have a range of requirements for the workspace to be ready for employees to return, and WorkReady will complement these efforts with the understanding of an individual’s return to workplace status. It is a critical time to get this right, providing the opportunity to get back to business in the most efficient and resilient way possible for many organisations”, said Domenic Bell, Senior VP and Group General Manager, Product and Solution Management at International SOS.
