At WDPR, adopting a global health and wellness strategy was the key to protecting over 100,000 cast members at their Parks & Resorts. Dr Pamela Hymel, Walt Disney Parks & Resorts Chief Medical Officer, will give attendees practical guidance into the latest wellness trends and how Parks and Resorts continues to find ways to implement a customised program into their organisation. About Pam:Dr. Pamela Hymel is Chief Medical Officer for Walt Disney Parks and Resorts (WDPR) where she is responsible for integrating a segment wide health and well-being strategy for WDPR. In her current role she is responsible for the day to day operations of the onsite occupational health services centres, guest first aid locations at WDW, disability/accommodation management, drug screening, global occupational health issues and well-being strategy and programs for WDPR. She is focused on improving overall health for Cast, Crew & Imagineers at WDPR.
